Shelley Wade
Congratulations to the new SDABJ Board. Shelley Wade moves in to take the reigns as our new president. Dana Littlefield will be vice president. 2016 SDABJ member of the year Gwen Pierce takes over secretary duties. Donna M. Stewart continues as the organization’s treasurer.
Moving forward, SDABJ is looking to offer more career development opportunities for working journalists, including a screening and panel discussion about the film “Fences”. SDABJ gathered at the iHeart Radio offices on January 18th and enjoyed the award winning production. We are also preparing for the scholarship reception which will be held some time in April.
Please join SDABJ at noon the first Saturday of every month. Meetings are held at the NBC studios 9680 Granite Ridge Dr, San Diego 92123. Annual membership dues are $50 for full members and $25 for students.
